Use as much of your free time as you can swimming . Unlike other exercise this will not wear your joints as much .

in this age you require more and more vitamins/minerals/amino acids etc. nutrients from your diet so it is not adviceble excessive dieting… reduce only fatty diet and concentrate on excercise. yoga can also help you….

Well morning walk helps to a large extents and playing sport too. You may use some weight loose pills as well to gain a slim body. Read the articles available online as there is so many site telling what one can do in order to loose weight. One i got is. This may help you.
