The Biryani dish originated in North India and was mostly reserved for use during festivals. The vegetables of this dish are marinated in a yogurt-based marinade.</p>
<p>1st step: Your first action in making this dish will be to cook the potato cubes, carrots, and okra in a pan of boiling salted water. You will have to boil these contents for about 7 to 8 minutes. What you must do next is drain well and place all of the contents into a big bowl. The following step requires you to mix the contents with the celery, mushrooms, and eggplant.</p>
<p>Step Two: You should grab your unsweetened yogurt, ginger, grated onions, garlic, turmeric, and curry powder and blend them together. Spoon the vegetables on top and cover with the remaining rice. Then cover the dish and allow it to cook the biryani in a preheated oven that is set at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the dish cook for close to twenty-five min and remove it from the oven.</p>
